As part of our efforts to celebrate international women’s month - we’re putting the spotlight on the women of ayoba who are doing some amazing stuff!
So please meet our rising star Shiela Yabo.
Shiela is our Ecosystem Development Manager, and recently represented our organization at key technology and investment platforms in Kenya and Rwanda.
In Nairobi, Kenya, Sheila represented ayoba at Africa Tech Summit where she contributed to a panel discussing the Future of Mobile: Digital Consumer Insights. On this platform, Shiela discussed the opportunity that super apps present in creating grassroots catalytic impact by narrowing the digital divide. Africa Tech Summit Nairobi connects tech leaders from the African ecosystem and international players under one roof.
In Zanzibar, Tanzania, Shiela was a key-note speaker at the Africa Family Offices Investment Summit hosted by the Alea Global Group. The summit brings together family office members from the region with the intention of providing vital and current insights about the investment landscape.
